Jill Conrad is the Director of Human Resources at Salem Public Schools since July 2022. Jill previously served as the Chief of Systems Strategy at Salem Public Schools from July 2015 to July 2021, where Jill aligned district functions to meet student learning goals. With a background in educational policy and leadership, Jill has experience in strategic planning, human capital development, and facilitating school improvement initiatives.
