Jule Doran Salem

Jule Doran Salem has extensive work experience in various roles within finance and accounting. Jule started their career as a Client Service Representative at Morgan Stanley in 2000 and then moved on to Beazer Homes where they worked as a Senior Accounting Coordinator. Jule then worked at XPO Logistics as an Assistant Controller, where they played a key role in establishing SEC compliance and leading post-M&A ERP integration. Jule later joined K. Hovnanian Homes as an Assistant Controller and Land Feasibility Analyst, where they provided financial reporting and conducted land feasibility analysis. Jule also worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises as an Accounting Manager - North America and at Enable America as the Chief Financial Officer. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Salem Solutions, a specialized staffing and recruiting firm. In addition, Jule serves as the CFO for Enable America, a nonprofit organization focused on increasing employment opportunities for veterans and individuals with disabilities.

Jule Doran Salem has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Tampa.
