Jim Rice

Jim Rice has worked in various roles in the financial services industry since 1997. In 1997, they founded and served as President & CEO of Cumberland Mortgage, Inc., a residential lending company with multiple locations that generated over $1 billion in loan volume. In 2008, they became Managing Director/President of Accredited Field Services, a company specializing in REO - Loss Mitigation, Property Preservation, Loss Prevention, Rehabilitation and Post Foreclosure Repairs. From 2012 to 2015, they were Head Business Consultant/President of MJR Consulting Services, LLC., a company that provides virtual bookkeeping services and operational support. From 2015 to 2022, they worked as Managing Director at Supporting Strategies, a company that provides outsourced bookkeeping & controller level services to commercial business owners and government contractors. In 2022, they began working as Senior Enterprise Sales Manager at Mortgage Coach, a company that transforms the conversation of home ownership from rates & fees to financial advice. Jim is currently serving in the same role at TrustEngine, a company that provides the TrustEngine Borrower Intelligence Platform to equip mortgage advisors with proven scripts and dynamically generated presentations.

Jim Rice has attended Lansing Community College and the University of Maryland, both for Business Administration, Management and Operations. Jim is also MEDDPICC Certified, obtained in January 2023 from MEDDICC.
