Nicole Thomsen

Director, Customer Engagement at Sales Boomerang

Nicole Thomsen has over 17 years of work experience in the mortgage industry. Nicole began their career in 2004 as a Loan Officer at GreenPoint Mortgage. In 2009, they joined BofI Federal Bank as an Affinity Relationship Manager for BofI Advisor, then as a Mortgage Consultant, AVP Warehouse Lending Operations Manager, VP Warehouse and Commercial Lending Operations Manager, and finally FVP Warehouse Lending Operations Manager. In 2018, Nicole became Vice President, Relationship Manager at Bank of Hope, where they managed relationships with new and existing mortgage banker clients and provided concierge level of service. In 2019, they joined AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation as a Senior Loan Originator, where they originated high quality residential mortgage loans. In 2021, Nicole moved to Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation as a Wholesale Production Subject Matter Expert, acting as a liaison between sales, operations, and IT. Finally, in 2022, Nicole joined both Sales Boomerang and Mortgage Coach as Director, Customer Engagement.

Nicole Thomsen holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management from Park University. Nicole also attended Santa Rosa Junior College. In January 2023, Nicole obtained a MEDDPICC Masterclass certification from Learn MEDDICC.
