Gabriella Horak has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gabriella started their career in 1999 at "What's Your Edge?", where they worked as a facilitator, trainer, and coach, focusing on culture, leadership development, team alignment, and service excellence. Gabriella also worked as a learning and development facilitator, trainer, coach, speaker, and performance and culture specialist. During this time, they designed and delivered programs for sales and service excellence to over 150 companies, led teams in advertising and insurance sales, and developed leadership and management training programs. Gabriella also had experience as an onboarding manager and lead for a publicly listed company and designed a signature Team Building Program called Team Intelligence. In 2020, Gabriella worked as a Culture Director at Sales Director Central, focusing on strategic cultural direction and alignment of mission, vision, and values. Gabriella collaborated closely with company directors to ensure cultural initiatives supported business objectives.

From 2017 to the present, they have been involved in "My Side Hustle" and "Better Off With Learning," providing individuals with opportunities for extra income and diversified financial freedom through side hustles and training and development programs.
