Gabriella Horak

Gabriella Horak has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gabriella started their career in 1999 at "What's Your Edge?", where they worked as a facilitator, trainer, and coach, focusing on culture, leadership development, team alignment, and service excellence. Gabriella also worked as a learning and development facilitator, trainer, coach, speaker, and performance and culture specialist. During this time, they designed and delivered programs for sales and service excellence to over 150 companies, led teams in advertising and insurance sales, and developed leadership and management training programs. Gabriella also had experience as an onboarding manager and lead for a publicly listed company and designed a signature Team Building Program called Team Intelligence. Gabriella Horak has helped thousands of individuals and leaders achieve their goals and exceed expectations.

In 2020, Gabriella worked as a Culture Director at Sales Director Central, focusing on strategic cultural direction and alignment of mission, vision, and values. Gabriella collaborated closely with company directors to ensure cultural initiatives supported business objectives.

From 2017 to the present, they have been involved in "My Side Hustle" and "Better Off With Learning," providing individuals with opportunities for extra income and diversified financial freedom through side hustles and training and development programs.

Previously, Gabriella Horak worked as an Executive Director at Facilitrain, providing customized training and consulting solutions, and as a Director at Variety Australia, where they reviewed and developed strategic policies and directed sponsorship and fundraising initiatives.

Gabriella has also held roles at Future Leaders International, Intellect Consulting Services, and AMP, where they focused on training and development, including corporate training management and orientation programs.

Currently, Gabriella works at Serco as an Executive Leadership Performance Coach & Advisor, providing guidance and insight for professional development and team alignment. Gabriella also serves as a Culture & Relationship Lead, supporting the CEO with strategic projects and communication. Additionally, Gabriella is a Cultural Integration & Change Lead, overseeing the implementation of organizational change plans and risk assessments.

Gabriella Horak's education history includes the following:

- Gabriella obtained a Diploma of Training and Assessment Systems from ASEAN, Sydney Australia in 2003.

- In the same year, they also became a Kolbe Certified External Specialist through Kolbe Corp.

- In 2002, they received a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment from Impart Skills, Sydney.

- Gabriella completed a Public Relations Advanced Certificate at Sydney Institute of Technology in 1993.

- From 1991 to 1993, they pursued a BSc degree at UNSW.
