Danilo M. has over 10 years of experience in customer service and marketing. Danilo began their career in 2009 as an intern for Vorwärts Werbung GbR, an advertising and marketing agency. Danilo then continued as an intern for Way To Blue, a PR and digital communication agency, where they were responsible for press office activities on the Net, as well as organizing promotional campaigns in the cinema and entertainment field. In 2010, Danilo joined Fusion Communications S.r.l. as an Account Executive, where they organized online creative promo campaigns, maintained contacts with film distribution companies, translated and localized content, and wrote and distributed web articles for online publishers. In 2011, they became a Community Manager for smeet.com (sMeet Communications GmbH). In 2013, Danilo moved to R.O.EYE Limited as an Account Manager. In 2014, they became a Country Manager for Sparheld International GmbH. Most recently, Danilo has been a Customer Success Manager for Sales Layer since 2020. In this role, they are responsible for on-boarding and training of new clients, providing post-sale customer support during the customer lifecycle, and effectively managing the customer's on-boarding experience.
Danilo M. attended Università degli studi Roma TRE from 2009-2009 and received a Grant "Leonardo da Vinci". Danilo also obtained a Degree in International Communication with a focus in Linguistica from the same university.
