As a former founder and co-owner of one of the first 100 implementation partners in the Salesforce.com eco-system, John Sisson brings to Sales Optimizer, and the customers, a deep understanding of the full Salesforce.com technology platform, including SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Force.com, Partner and Customer Communities, CPQ and Einstein, along with how to implement those to drive impact. He has been involved in over 1400 implementations for organizations that ranged from startups to the Fortune 100 within 14 different verticals.

John has more than 20 years of experience helping customers to develop, implement and execute pre- and post-sales strategies married with technology to help them to grow top line revenue, profitability, efficiency and customer retention. In fact, John holds a deep passion for helping customers to drive adoption and business impact by leveraging his experience and best practices in go-to-market strategy, sales processes, and CRM.
