Mike Hilverda has a diverse work experience. Mike began their career in 2007 as an Intern for The Scottish Parliament, where they consulted with citizens and strategic partners to recommend policy and draft amendments. Mike then moved on to the Utah Attorney General Office in 2009, where they worked as a Law Clerk managing civil litigation projects. In 2011, they worked as a S.J. Quinney Dean's Fellow at Kirton McConkie, developing in-house memoranda and court-ready motions. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Production Manager at Johnson Mark LLC. During this time, they were also an Inventory Control Analyst at Sysco International Food Group Inc. In 2017, they joined SalesRabbit, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, eventually becoming the VP of Customer Success.

Mike Hilverda completed a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy/Logic from Brigham Young University in 2008. Mike then went on to pursue a Doctor of Law (JD) in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, which they completed in 2011.
