Michelle Brown

Michelle Brown is an experienced operations and client success manager currently serving as the Operations Manager and Senior Client Success Manager at Sales Schema since September 2018, where Michelle contributes to enhancing deal flow for marketing agencies. In addition, Michelle has been an Indoor Cycling Instructor at LIFETIME FITNESS since March 2018, leading classes and providing exceptional customer service. Previous roles include Director of Marketing and Sales at Tasora Books, where Michelle directed marketing strategies and led sales generation, and Senior Account Executive at Mill City Press, achieving significant sales growth and enhancing customer retention.
