Daniela Dos Santos is the Managing Director of Recruitment Projects at Sales Talent Agency, Inc. and the leader/founder of STA NEXT™ division. Daniela has a successful track record of exceeding team quotas and leading high-performing teams throughout their career. Daniela has experience managing various levels of accounts and teams in both the Canadian and US markets. Daniela started as a Talent Scout intern and worked their way up to become a Senior Director at the company. Prior to their role at Sales Talent Agency, Daniela worked as a Nutrition Aide at Toronto General Hospital. Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Glendon Campus of York University and a Post Secondary Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College.
