Moustapha Boulgoudan, M.Eng. has over 20 years of experience in the field of software development and administration. From 1996 to 2005, they worked as a System/Network Administrator at ORMVAM, Database Programmer & System Admin at Easy Video, and Web Developer at nümedia. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Software Developer at Ullix, where they were responsible for web development, online payments integration, report design and development, web application performance improvement, web operations, database administration, build automation, code deployment, continuous integration, source code management, bug tracking system management, and transparent database encryption for MySQL. From 2008 to 2014, they worked as a PHP Developer at Bandsintown Group, Senior Backend Developer at REOL Services, and Backend Programmer at Corporation des propriétaires immobiliers du Québec - CORPIQ. Since 2019, they have been a Senior DevOps Developer at Salesfloor.

Moustapha Boulgoudan, M.Eng. completed a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Université du Québec à Montréal in 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a Certificate in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Champlain College Saint-Lambert in 2008. Moustapha also completed Conversation English Courses Levels 2, 3 and 4 from Université de Montréal in 2005-2006.
