Lauryn Poyser

Lauryn Poyser is an experienced investor currently serving as an Investor for the Impact Fund at Salesforce Ventures since 2022 and has also been involved with the same fund at Salesforce. Lauryn contributes as an Expert Judge for Black Ambition, a non-profit accelerator that aims to address the opportunity and wealth gap through entrepreneurship for Black, Hispanic, and HBCU founders. Additionally, Lauryn is a member of Global Women in VC. Previously, Lauryn gained valuable experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, focusing on the Global Natural Resources Group, and as a FinTech Program Fellow at the Milken Institute. Early career experiences include internships at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, J.P. Morgan, and research at the Energy Futures Initiative. Lauryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Public Policy Analysis with a concentration in Economics from Colgate University, alongside professional courses in Sustainable Design Thinking at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
