Aditi Sharma

Aditi Sharma is a seasoned professional in the technology and sales sectors, currently serving as the Regional Vice President for the Retail and Consumer Goods Industry at Salesforce since January 2018. Aditi leads a team focused on expanding Salesforce's market presence in India while driving initiatives for customer engagement through AI, data, and CRM solutions. Aditi also plays a significant role in promoting equality as the Regional Vice President for the JAPAC region within the Salesforce Women Network. Prior experience includes roles at SAP, Oracle, SAS, IBM, Oracle Financial Services Software, and Tata Technologies, with a strong focus on enterprise sales across various industries. Aditi holds a PGDM in Sales and Marketing from Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.
