Amy Plante

Amy Plante (James) currently serves as the Lead Specialist Solutions Engineer at Salesforce Spiff, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Amy worked as the Sales Engineer Team Lead at Spiff Inc from June 2021 to March 2024 and held various roles related to sales compensation at organizations such as ZoomInfo, Avid, Epsilon, Juniper Networks, and Smith & Nephew. These positions involved extensive analysis and management of incentive compensation plans, revenue analysis, the development of sales performance dashboards, and compliance with financial regulations. Amy began a career in compensation management with The Select Family of Staffing Companies, progressing from an Incentive Compensation Analyst to a Payroll Supervisor and supporting various administrative functions. Earlier roles included administrative support at the County of Santa Barbara. Amy is an alumna of UC Santa Barbara.
