Divya Ashok

Divya Ashok has over 14 years of experience at Salesforce, currently serving as COO of Salesforce AI and previously holding various leadership roles such as Vice President of Strategy and Innovation and Senior Director of Product Management. Divya manages the Strategic Customer Initiative, focusing on customer success and product scalability for enterprise clients. With a background in quality engineering and product management, Divya has also led teams of engineers to ensure successful deployments for large clients. Additionally, Divya is a board member of the American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin and co-founded the COVID19 India Fund to assist homeless migrant workers. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from SRM IST Chennai, among other studies.
