Felicia Cheng

Felicia Cheng, CPCC, is an accomplished Director of Global Wellbeing & Benefits at Salesforce, with extensive experience in employee wellbeing and benefits management. Felicia's career at Salesforce has included roles such as Sr. Manager and Benefits Program Manager, where innovative programs and frameworks were developed to enhance employee experience and financial wellness. Prior to Salesforce, Felicia undertook a personal sabbatical, volunteering and pursuing cultural education in over 16 countries, including teaching English in Mongolia and collaborating with Tibetan monks in Nepal.
