Frank Hopwood

Frank Hopwood is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in solution engineering and consulting. Currently serving as a Lead Solution Engineer at Salesforce since June 2020, Frank has developed expertise in presales and business development through previous roles at ION, including Senior Solution Engineer, Presales Consultant, and Associate Solutions Consultant. Frank's earlier experience includes positions at Nicoll Curtin as an Associate Consultant, Huntress Group in the SAP Contracts D-A-CH division, and a brief stint as an Interpreter at UNIDO. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Spanish and Chinese from The University of Manchester, an MA in Interpreting and Translating from The University of Salford, and participation in an Executive Education Program in Strategic Artificial Intelligence at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, scheduled for January to March 2024.
