Harish Byrisetty is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and account management. Currently serving as Technical Account Director at Salesforce since July 2014, Harish leads a global team dedicated to proactive support of enterprise-level customer experience solutions. Previously, Harish advanced through various leadership roles at Salesforce and ExactTarget, including Senior Director of Signature Support and Senior Manager of Quality Engineering, where strategic initiatives resulted in improved support methodologies and significant reductions in testing cycle times. Harish's career began at Powerway Inc and includes roles at Sallie Mae, focusing on quality assurance in financial applications. Harish holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
