Joanna Rossi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution engineering and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Solution Engineering at Salesforce since January 2021, Joanna has earned multiple accolades, including Q1 2023 Star Performer and several Service Cloud Solution Engineer of the Quarter awards.
