Ko Nakatsu

Ko Nakatsu is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in product design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) across several prominent companies. Currently serving as the Head of Design for Service Cloud at Salesforce, Ko Nakatsu previously held significant roles at Amazon, where responsibilities included Head of Design & Research and Product Lead for New Initiatives in Japan and India. Additional experience includes positions as Lead Designer at AstraZeneca and UX Design Manager at Blue Shield of California. In academia, Ko Nakatsu has contributed as an Adjunct Professor at the Academy of Art University. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design with minors in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University, alongside ongoing studies at the University of Washington.
