Lizanne Kiel

Lizanne Kiel currently serves as the Head of US Sales for Payer and Provider at Salesforce, overseeing a team of over 300 sales associates and managing an $800 million revenue stream with more than 4,000 customers. Prior to Salesforce, Lizanne worked at Microsoft, where roles included General Manager for Microsoft Cloud Services in US Healthcare and Life Sciences, and East Region Solution Sales Director, responsible for significant revenue streams and large teams focused on cloud solutions. Earlier experience includes a Vice President position at Avaya, managing a $350 million revenue team, and a Global Account Manager role at AT&T/Lucent Technologies, where revenue objectives were consistently exceeded. Lizanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Chestnut Hill College.
