Mark Wood

Mark Wood is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Salesforce since April 2021. With a diverse background at BT from October 2007 to April 2021, Mark held multiple roles including Principal Customer Success, Senior Manager of Security Business Operations, Solution Architect, Service Designer, and Network Manager for Global Voice Systems, focusing on product introduction and development. In addition, Mark has been an OYW Ambassador for One Young World since August 2011, championing corporate social responsibility and leading projects such as The Schoolbag and Global Dignity. Mark Wood earned a BSc Hons in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Staffordshire in 2012.
