Matt Skan

Matt Skan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement strategy and technology implementation. Currently serving as Transformation Director at Salesforce since March 2021, Matt is responsible for crafting Professional Services proposals encompassing delivery, resourcing, scope definition, timeline, and pricing. Previously, as Founder and Director of Volution Technology Ltd from May 2014 to March 2021, Matt led numerous Salesforce.com projects, including migrations and bespoke applications, while also holding various contract roles such as Technology Programme Manager at Eight Roads and Salesforce Programme Manager at Pearson. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Barclays Corporate and Barclays Capital, where Matt directed global CRM initiatives and risk and control operations. Matt began their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., contributing to global derivative services and equities management. Matt holds a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University.
