Phuong Tran

Phuong Tran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and project management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Professional Services Delivery at Salesforce since January 2015, Phuong leads a team of Architects to enhance customer success and creates scalable processes within the organization. Prior roles at Salesforce include Director of Program Architect and Senior Program Architect, where Phuong provided strategic advice to large enterprise customers and mentored diverse teams. Phuong's earlier experience includes a tenure at Accenture from January 2000 to January 2015 as Master Technical Architect and Java Technical Architect, where responsibilities involved merging Salesforce implementations and leading technical teams on various projects. Phuong's career began in the United States Air Force from August 1994 to July 2000, serving as Communications/Computers Officer, managing web administration, and implementing software development process improvements. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Software Systems Engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Loyola University New Orleans.
