Rebecca Ferguson is an experienced professional in philanthropy and public health, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Philanthropy and Chief Executive Officer of the Salesforce Foundation since January 2017, after holding roles including Senior Vice President, Philanthropy and Chief Operating Officer of the Salesforce Foundation, and Vice President, Philanthropy. Prior to her tenure at Salesforce, Ferguson spent nearly a decade at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in various roles, including Deputy Director of Strategy, Planning, and Management. Ferguson's experience also includes positions at UNESCO, Rutgers Nisso Groep, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, and the Women's Safety and Resource Center. Ferguson holds an M.B.A. from Pinchot University, an M.P.H. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Vassar College.
