Rexson Serrao

Rexson Serrao is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in marketing technology and information technology strategy. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Marketing Technology at Salesforce since July 2019, Rexson leads the Event Technology team for major global events, including Dreamforce and TrailheaDX. Prior to this role, Rexson held senior leadership positions at the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB), where responsibilities included exploring Blockchain and Machine Learning applications and creating enterprise-wide customer experience roadmaps. Rexson's earlier career includes impactful roles at companies such as Wells Fargo and Kaiser Permanente, focusing on quality assurance and technology management. Rexson holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas and completed CIO Executive Development at San Francisco State University.
