Siva Shanmugam

Siva Shanmugam serves as the Vice President of Product Management at Salesforce, focusing on Data Cloud since December 2023. In this role, Siva leads product management in IDC and oversees initiatives related to data and AI enablement, including Hybrid, Vector, Keyword Search, and the implementation of RAG using search indexes and knowledge graphs. Prior to Salesforce, Siva spent nearly two decades at Microsoft in various product and engineering leadership roles, managing a large team of product and engineering managers. Siva's earlier career includes engineering leadership positions at Intel Corporation and Comsys, as well as a software engineering role at Covansys. Siva holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
