Tania Makroo is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in UX/UI design and leadership. Currently serving as Director of Experience Design at Salesforce since August 2022, Tania is also a member of the Design Leadership Forum at InVision. Prior roles include Assistant Director at EY, where responsibilities encompassed service design and user experience strategy, as well as Chief Design Officer for EY Blockchain Public Finance Manager. Tania has worked in various capacities at organizations such as United Way, Publicis, and TELUS Digital, consistently leveraging user research and design thinking methodologies to enhance product usability and experience. Tania holds a Bachelor of Design in Advertising from OCAD University and a certification in Business Analysis from the University of Toronto.
