Milko Roodnat

Sales & Culture trainer at Saleslift Studio

Milko Roodnat has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Milko began their career as a Team Leader at Bell Sell Telephone Marketing from 2008 to 2010. Milko then worked as a Salescoach at Pepperminds from 2010 to 2014, and later became a Senior Salescoach from 2012 to 2014. At Pepperminds, they also served as the Manager of Operations for the Customer Care Center from 2014 to 2017. During this time, they were responsible for creating and executing loyalty and sales campaigns.

From 2017 onwards, Milko held various roles in different companies. Milko was a Sales & Culture Trainer at Saleslift Studio, where they collaborated with Saleslift on sales and culture initiatives. Milko also worked as a Trainer and Expert in Company Culture at culturecompany, and as a Growth Navigator at Wayfinders Amsterdam. In 2018, they joined Mantelaar, initially as a Project Manager for Students, then as the Head of Marketing and Communication, and finally as the Head of Acquisition.

Throughout their career, Milko has demonstrated skills in acquisition, marketing, communication, project management, training, and customer care. Milko has experience working with clients ranging from major charities to NRC and Hello Fresh.

Milko Roodnat attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2013, where they studied Bedrijfskunde. In 2015 and 2016, they furthered their education by attending JDG Media, where they completed a program called "Cirkels van invloed" in Effectief coachen. During the same period, they also enrolled at SRM and completed a training program in Praktisch Leiderschap, earning the degree of Leiderschapstraining afgerond.
