Andrea Carrillo Urteaga's work experience begins in 2012 as a Supervisor at Grupo Lucianos. Andrea then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Presta-Me and Grupo CHRISTUS MUGUERZA in 2015. In 2016, they became a Freelance Consultant at Asesoria en Calidad de Servicio y Alimentos. From 2017 to 2019, they served as an Office Manager at Wepow. Following that, they held the position of People & Culture and Operations Coordinator Mexico at OutMatch HCM from 2019 to 2021. Andrea'sresponsibilities included managing facilities and equipment, promoting culture, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding activities. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a People and Culture Coordinator at Asymm, where they focused on shaping culture, managing benefits, and supporting talent attraction. Currently, they are working as a People Operations Generalist at Salesloft.

Andrea Carrillo Urteaga pursued their education at the Universidad Iberoamericana León from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they focused their studies on Hospitality Administration and Management, ultimately earning a degree in Development of Tourism and Hospitality.
