Becky Taylor has diverse work experience in customer success and retention roles. Becky started their career at Nosto in 2018 as a Junior Customer Success Manager and eventually transitioned into a Customer Success Manager role. In this position, they worked with enterprise clients in the e-commerce industry, providing digital strategy and consultation to optimize online experiences. Becky also piloted and created the first Retention Manager role at Nosto, collaborating closely with the customer success team to craft renegotiations and create a playbook for commercial conversations. Becky expanded their expertise by working with global teams to implement this department across all regions. In 2022, Becky joined Salesloft as a Senior Enterprise Renewals Manager, where their responsibilities include developing a renewal process for EMEA region enterprise clients and establishing clear rules of engagement and expectations internally.
Becky Taylor obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics and Politics from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. In August 2019, they received a certification from Jellyfish Training under the name Rebecca Taylor.
