Charming Jenkins

Charming Jenkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management, training, and implementation across various industries. Currently serving as a Professional Services Consultant at Salesloft since March 2021, Charming specializes in enhancing sales engagement for teams using the Modern Revenue Workspace™. Prior roles include leadership positions at Commissions Inc. in training and strategy implementation, and significant experience managing over 300 client accounts at Lead Forensics. Earlier, Charming developed strong customer support and operational skills at Apple, where responsibilities included process management and technical support. Charming's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, complemented by a minor in African-American/Black Studies.
