Emma Cromwell (Carey)

Emma (Carey) Cromwell has a diverse range of work experience. Emma began their career as an intern at Lemiga Events in 2012, where they assisted with event planning tasks and developed communication strategies. Emma then worked as a Sales/Public Relations Manager at Atlanta Activewear from 2009 to 2015, where they built positive customer relationships and handled customer service issues. Emma later transitioned to a role at Emory Healthcare, first as a Patient Care Coordinator from 2013 to 2015, where they coordinated patient care and served as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare staff. Emma then served as a Supervisor, Business Operations from 2015 to 2016, overseeing business office operations and leading non-clinical staff. In 2016, Emma joined The ALS Association as a Development Coordinator for the Walk to Defeat ALS event in Atlanta, where they worked with teams to raise funds for research and care services for those affected by ALS. Most recently, Emma joined Salesloft in 2019 as a Customer Marketing Manager, where they focused on advocacy and strategically partnering with revenue teams to highlight customer champions. Emma was later promoted to Senior Customer Marketing Manager and received recognition for their accomplishments.

In 2005, they attended Saint Pius X Catholic High School until 2009. Emma then enrolled at Valdosta State University from 2009 until 2013, where they pursued a degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations.

Most recently, in 2022, Emma obtained certification as a Customer Advisory Board Master from the Product Marketing Alliance.
