Garin Hays

Garin Hays has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Garin began their career in 2006 as a Sergeant/Team Leader in the US Army, where they were deployed to Afghanistan and received several awards and commendations for their service. After leaving the military in 2012, Garin joined Delta Performance Products LLC as a Business Development Manager, where they contributed to the company's success in the commercial flooring and pool industry. In 2017, they transitioned to Randstad USA as an MC Staffing Manager before joining Salesloft in 2018. At Salesloft, Garin held multiple roles, including Account Manager (2018-2020), Sr. Account Manager (2020-2021), and currently serves as the Account Manager, Strategic Accounts. In these positions, they played a crucial role in driving growth and expansion within the customer base, earning recognition as a President Club Winner in 2021.
