Gunjan Ramrakhyani

Gunjan Ramrakhyani is the Director of HR Technology at SalesLoft. Prior to joining SalesLoft, Ramrakhyani worked as an HRIS Manager at Xactly Corp from December 2016 to December 2020. In this role, Ramrakhyani was responsible for defining and driving the HRIS roadmap and projects related to HR systems and programs. Additionally, Ramrakhyani developed and maintained Workday HCM process documentation for manager and employee self-service.

Before joining Xactly Corp, Ramrakhyani worked as an HR Program Manager at Square from June 2015 to December 2016. In this role, Ramrakhyani partnered with the executive leadership staff, talent development, and HRBPs to lead and design career management programs. Additionally, Ramrakhyani leveraged workforce insights and analytics to design templates and communication plans for HR programs.

Ramrakhyani began their career in HR as an HRIS Analyst at NetApp from September 2013 to June 2015. In this role, Ramrakhyani was responsible for data administration within the HR system, including but not limited to employee data changes, security administration, and reporting. Additionally, Ramrakhyani created and ran ad hoc reports for various HR teams upon request.

Gunjan Ramrakhyani reports to Katie Cox Branham, VP, People. They are on a team with Salihah Clinkscales - HR Talent Generalist, Emma Lau - People Partner, EMEA, and Cherie Caldwell - Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
