Hannah Baynes

Hannah Baynes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as an Administrator at the Southend Association of Voluntary Services. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Bartender at Wates Brothers. In 2017, they took on the role of Bar Supervisor & Event Planner at Southend Rugby Football Club, where they organized and managed charity and fundraiser events.

In 2018, Hannah joined Rohan Bay Mgt Co Limited as an Administrator. Hannah then moved to Cvent, where they held multiple positions. Hannah started as a Business Development Representative in 2018 and eventually became a Senior Business Development Representative in 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Business Development Executive & Social Tables Lead, responsible for doubling revenue and expanding partnerships. Hannah concluded their time at Cvent as an Account Manager, achieving top performer status in the EMEA region.
