Jon Long

Jon Long has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jon began their career as a Staff Writer/Photographer at The Augusta Chronicle in May 2017. After a few months, they transitioned to a role at The Technique, Georgia Tech's student newspaper, where they served as an Editor, Staff Writer, and Photographer. During their time at The Technique, Jon was responsible for editing various sections, curating and assigning content, and writing at least one article per week. Jon continued in this role until May 2019.

In 2019, Jon joined The Freeing Energy Project as a Site Manager, where they played a key role in managing operations and ensuring site efficiency.

Jon's most recent position was at Salesloft, where they held various roles. Jon started as a Support Engineer in April 2020 and was promoted to Senior Support Engineer in February 2021. In September 2022, they transitioned to their current position as a Staff Support Engineer.

Jon Long attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computational Media.
