Kurt Loescher

Kurt Loescher has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they are working as a Senior Product Manager at Salesloft since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Prudential Financial from 2003 to 2021. During their tenure, they held multiple positions including Digital Product Manager, Project Management Analyst, Data Analyst, Senior Client Service Coordinator, and Registered Account Representative. In their role as a Digital Product Manager, they led an agile team in expanding the capabilities of a retirement income calculator tool. Kurt successfully launched an updated retirement calculator tool and increased contribution rates. As a Project Management Analyst, they created user acceptance testing plans and organized the execution of test plans and defect resolution. In their role as a Registered Account Representative, they learned about the retirement business from the perspective of customers and provided consultations on increasing contributions and other loan options. Kurt also performed quality reviews of incoming calls from participants. Overall, Kurt has a strong background in product management, project management, data analysis, and client services.

Kurt Loescher completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their degree, Kurt Loescher has also obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2019.
