Mattia Schaper

Mattia Schaper has a diverse work experience in sales and entrepreneurship. In 2020, they started their career as a Sales Development Representative at Adverity, where they eventually became a Senior Sales Development Representative. Mattia mentored new SDRs and emphasized the importance of continuous training in the role. In 2021, they took on the role of Country Manager at Youvee UK, leading the sales department for UV light air purifiers. In the same year, they also became a DACH Sales Partner at Salesloft, selling sales engagement software in the German-speaking market. In 2022, they founded SDRs of Germany, a Salescommunity focused on providing German content and support for SDRs. Mattia also took on advisory and ambassadorial roles at TrainYo and Vidu, as well as becoming a Partner and Prospecting Coach at GROWTH MASTERY. Additionally, they host the SDRs of Germany - Der Podcast.

Mattia Schaper completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Regent's University London from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, from 2018 to 2019, they studied Mandarin at Beijing Language and Culture University. Before attending university, Mattia Schaper achieved an Abitur, which is the German equivalent of a high school diploma, from Phorms Education Berlin between 2011 and 2015. Alongside their formal education, they obtained certifications such as Salesloft Platform Expert from Salesloft in June 2022 and HubSpot Sales Software Certified from HubSpot Academy in October 2020.
