Mike McGinness has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the IT field. Mike started their career at Comcast as a Customer Service Representative, providing technical support for VoIP and Internet services. Mike then transitioned to Best Buy as a Sales Consultant, specializing in Apple products and managing inventory.

After that, Mike joined IUPUI as a System Administrator Intern, where they gained experience in system administration and database management. Mike developed Group Policy Objects and set up a production database server.

Mike then joined Genesys as an IT Asset Management Specialist, managing the lifecycle of physical IT assets and addressing technical needs for North American employees. Mike also served as a System Support Specialist, managing major software systems and resolving incident tickets globally.
