Nicole L.

Nicole L. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nicole started their career as a Research Assistant at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2013, where they worked until 2015. Nicole then joined Voxiva as a Data Analyst and monitored key product metrics in the healthcare industry. Nicole also worked as a Research Associate at the Center for the Study of Services from 2016 to 2018, where they led research contracts and developed proposals in the healthcare industry. In 2018, they became a Senior Consultant at Excella, where they assessed and scoped analysis opportunities and drove business intelligence development in the hospitality industry. Nicole later joined Thinkful as an Instructor, providing learners with a pathway to a rewarding career. In 2020, Nicole joined YPulse, Inc. as a Product Manager, where they gained expertise in understanding Gen Z and Millennial consumers. Most recently, they are employed at Salesloft, starting as a Product Manager and eventually being promoted to Senior Product Manager.

Nicole L. has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Howard University. Nicole also holds a Master of Science in Public Health in International Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. In addition to their degrees, Nicole has obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in December 2018, and as a Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate from Tableau Software in July 2018.
