Sunshine Levin has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to the present. Sunshine began their career as a Marketing Specialist at NewEnergy Associates, where they deployed and administered salesforce.com for the sales and marketing organization. Sunshine then worked in various casual jobs in New Zealand before becoming a Marketing Manager at Catalyst Energy, LLC in 2006. Sunshine was responsible for overseeing marketing activities during their tenure.
In 2006, Sunshine joined Catalyst Natural Gas, LLC as the Manager of Customer Service. Sunshine managed a multi-lingual call center and an escalated customer service staff. Sunshine also implemented a custom call center application that reduced average enrollment and payment processing time by 50%. In addition, they improved and documented customer care processes and policies, ultimately reducing per-agent cost.
From 2007 to 2008, Sunshine worked as the Manager of Web Applications at Catalyst Energy. Sunshine utilized the Rational Unified Process (RUP) framework to create and enhance proprietary in-house applications for the company. Sunshine also spearheaded project lifecycles for various applications, including Catalyst Connect.
In 2008, Sunshine joined IBM Watson Marketing as a Senior Product Analyst. Sunshine acted as the product owner for core functionalities of the Silverpop's Engage SaaS product and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development.
Sunshine continued their journey in marketing at Salesloft, where they worked from 2017 to the present. Sunshine began as a Product Marketing Manager, focusing on building positioning and messaging for the company's SaaS offering. Later, they took on the role of Director of Customer & Analyst Relations, leading a team responsible for customer advocacy and analyst relations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Analyst Relations, playing a crucial role in marketing strategy and building relationships between Salesloft, analysts, and the marketplace.
In addition to their professional roles, Sunshine participated in the Pathbuilders Percepta® Mentee program in 2017, which aimed to empower women in their careers and enhance their impact on organizations.
Sunshine Levin attended Berry College from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing.
