Ben Francis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ben is currently a member of the Customer Success Collective, where they started in February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Customer Success at Salesmsg starting in December 2021.

Before these roles, Ben worked at Intellum as a Senior Customer Success Manager from October 2021 to December 2021, and as a Customer Success Manager from November 2020 to October 2021. Ben Francis attended Kennesaw State University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services/Nonprofit Administration. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in August 2021 and November 2021 respectively.
