James Williams began their career in 2000 at 2/90 Sign Systems as a Shipping, QC, and Purchasing, where they developed and incorporated inspection processes for raw materials and returned product, monitored and reported on quality standards, and standardized tiered purchasing policies and programs. In 2005, they became Manager of Field Operations and was responsible for leading and managing on-site activities for multi-million dollar corporate and government projects. James also promoted successful customer experiences, developed new customer relationships, and built and managed vendor-partner relationships. In the same year, they also became Manager of Inside Sales & Project Management, where they managed the internal sales, project management, and services teams. James also actively worked alongside customers to identify needs, improve processes, and develop new solutions. In 2015, James moved to CQL as an Enterprise and eCommerce Solutions, where they cultivated positive relationships with program partners, developed new customer relationships, and developed new product or service concepts. In 2017, they joined CAVALLO (Previously SalesPad) as Director of Custom Development, where they were focused on delivering unique solutions that provided measurable value to customers through detailed discovery, prioritized features, and iterative development. James also served as Senior Sales Engineer and Business Analyst.
James Williams holds a BSBA in Business Administration from Cornerstone University and an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from Grand Rapids Community College. James has also obtained certifications from SalesPad, ASQ - World Headquarters, and Grand Rapids Community College, including Sales Training in 2020, ASQ Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CSSYB) in 2020, Distribution and Logistics Management in 2018, and Supply Chain Management Fundamentals in 2018.
