Racheal Moreno

Racheal Moreno has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Racheal began their career at Spectrum Field Services, Inc. in 2009, where they initially worked as a Region Coordinator, ensuring completion of preservation work on REO properties. Racheal then transitioned to the role of Team Lead, managing a team of 6 employees and improving team quality scores by 12%. Later, they took on the role of Supervisor, overseeing staff productivity and addressing escalated issues.

In 2015, Racheal joined Spectrum Solutions Acquisitions LLC as an Application Analyst. In this role, they led the development lifecycle for system releases, communicated with operations on business requirements, and performed software testing and debugging. Racheal also utilized MySQL to support debugging and execute test cases.

Racheal then moved on to Insight Global in 2021, where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer II on the tier II technical support team for Oracle's Responsys. Racheal provided high levels of customer satisfaction and received multiple 5-star customer surveys. Racheal also supported the newest product, Responsys Express.

In 2022, Racheal joined Oracle directly as a Senior Technical Support Analyst. Racheal was hired from a contractor role and became one of the subject matter experts for Responsys Express and various aspects of Responsys. Racheal'sduties included reviewing, responding to, investigating, and solving service requests with a customer-focused mindset.

Alongside their technical support roles, Racheal has also worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at VASA Fitness and EOS Fitness since 2019 and 2022 respectively. Racheal has a passion for coaching and helping others in their fitness journey.

Most recently, Racheal joined Symmetry Software as a Client Software Support Analyst in 2022. Racheal'srole focuses on providing support to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Racheal has demonstrated expertise in technical support, team management, application analysis, and fitness instruction.

Racheal Moreno's education history includes attending Salt Lake Community College from 2010 to 2016, where they pursued a field of study in General Studies. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Medical Specialties from Stevens-Henager College, attending from 2005 to 2007. Racheal also received a high school diploma from Central High School in 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Racheal obtained several certifications. Racheal completed courses in Learning REST APIs, MySQL Essential Training, and Unix Essential Training through LinkedIn in 2021. In 2020, they obtained a certification as a Professional Life Coach from Transformation Academy. Racheal also achieved certifications as a Zumba Instructor from Zumba in 2018, a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2021, and a Group Fitness Instructor from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America - AFAA in 2021.
