Melissa Klein

Melissa Klein has a long and varied work history, beginning with Abbott Laboratories in 1990. Melissa served in three roles there, including Documentation Project Leader, Development Team Leader, and Manufacturing Professional Development Program. In 2001, they moved to Natural Choices, where they held the role of Production Supervisor & Website Administrator. In 2004, Klein joined the Coalition of Children, Youth & Families as the Director of Information Technology. In 2010, they were a Member of the Board of Education for Franklin Public Schools. Finally, in 2012, Klein began their current role as CRM Solutions Manager for Celera Systems LLC, which they continue to hold today.

Melissa Klein has an educational background that includes an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (1995-2001), and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1986-1990). In addition, they have obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (2019), Salesforce.com Certified Platform App Builder (2017), Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) (2016), and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) (2014).
