Bisho Chamssuddin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bisho currently works as an Outbound & Prospecting Coach at Outbound-Coaching.de, where they help IT & Software companies generate more pipeline through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn strategies. Previously, Bisho worked as a Mastermind Business Development Coach at SalesPlaybook.

Bisho also served as the Sales & Partnerships Director at Light-Shield | National Center for Stress & Burnout Prevention, a German healthtech startup focused on creating a resilient environment for employees to achieve high performance through a combination of technology and empathy.

During their time at Koblenz, they focused on developing their knowledge in marketing and international business practices. In 2018, they also attended the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, and Negotiation. This allowed him to further enhance their expertise in the field of marketing, strengthening their strategic and negotiation skills.
