Waleed Jafri

Waleed Jafri has worked in two companies. Waleed began their career in 2015 as a Customer Service Specialist at METRO PCS. In this role, they acquired in-depth knowledge of the latest gadgets and electronics, provided excellent customer service on the sales floor, and improved monthly sales quota by 32% in 2017 and 55% in 2019. In 2021, they moved to SalesHive as an SDR - Cold Calling Specialist.

Waleed Jafri obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Rutgers University in 2019, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information with Concentration in Data Science from the same university, which they expect to complete in 2021.
