Mohd. Fazil has had a varied work experience spanning 8 years. From 2018 to present, they have been working as an Assistant Manager - HR at SalezShark, where they are responsible for product environment based hiring, IT/Non-IT recruitment, payroll processing, and taking care of complete HR operations. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as an Assistant Manager - HR and HR Business Partner at iProf Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for recruitment for e-commerce/m-commerce/e-learning domain profiles. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior HR Generalist at CWS Technology Inc., where they were responsible for IT recruitment and screening profiles as per requirement.

Mohd. Fazil completed their B.A.C.A in Computer, Economics from Jamia Millia Islamia between 2005 and 2008. Mohd. then pursued an M.B.A in HR and Marketing from JSS ACADEMY OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION, NOIDA from 2009 to 2011.
