Javiera Lobos

Javiera Lobos is a professional with experience in agile project management and operational excellence, currently serving as Consultor de Adherencia at Salfa since April 2021. In this role, Javiera is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing projects while conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to facilitate organizational change. Prior experience includes positions as a teaching assistant at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and an internship at El Grupo Grünenthal, alongside entrepreneurial involvement with the European Innovation Academy. Javiera holds a degree in Ingeniería civil industrial from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and is furthering education with Data Analytics Certificates from Universidad de Chile and MIT Sloan School of Management, both scheduled for completion in early 2024.
